Clinical Pilates
What is Clinical Pilates?
Clinical Pilates aims to improve your tone, flexibility and balance by strengthening your core, abdominal and postural muscles and stretching your tight muscles.
At Junction Road Physiotherapy, Pilates is run by our physiotherapists so it is suitable as part of a rehabilitation program for back pain, neck pain and other injuries.
Our physiotherapists offer both individual Clinical Pilates sessions, specific to your problem area, and small group classes. All classes have 8 people or less to allow individual attention to each person, ensuring correct technique is achieved in every exercise.
Classes

All new clients are required to have a 1-on-1 session with a physiotherapist to gauge fitness and suitability level for the Pilates classes. This can be booked in at any time as a physiotherapy session.
